After building and selling two businesses myself, I saw firsthand how the business owner's vision, people dynamics, communication challenges, and difficult conversations can either strengthen a business or limit its growth, flexibility, and value over time.

I've worked with business owners for over 20 years, helping them strengthen their business, develop the people around them, and build the capacity to grow beyond what's currently possible.

You may also be experiencing family dynamics, succession conversations, changing leadership roles, or complex decisions involving money, responsibility, and long-term planning. Having served as Power of Attorney for Property and Executor of my parents’ estate, I bring practical understanding of the emotional and relationship dynamics families often experience during periods of transition and responsibility.
