"I began exploring human performance strategies in 2001 while working at a high-pressure IT consulting company. The results were immediate: less stress, clearer communication, and a lot more confidence.
At the time, I didn’t have kids yet, but the desire to grow into the kind of person I wanted to be for them lit a fire in me. Eventually, what started as personal growth soon became a calling.
Since 2006, I have worked with hundreds of professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to strengthen communication, leadership, and resilience by growing from the inside out.
I have built and sold two businesses. This sparked my interest in helping founders build the vision, strategy and capacity to turn their small business into a valuable asset."
