From website visitors:

From MindLink™ Business Snapshot participants:


When you complete the Snapshot, we collect the following personal information that you provide voluntarily:


  • Contact information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, province, and country
  • Business information: business name, role/title, industry, number of employees, annual revenue range, years in business, business structure, and business model
  • Assessment responses: your answers to the Snapshot questions, including open-text reflections


From newsletter and communication subscribers:


If you opt in, we collect your email address and communication preferences.


2. How We Use Your Information


We use your personal information to:


  • Generate your personalized MindLink™ Business Snapshot results
  • Prepare your MindLink™ Strategic Review and Report, if you proceed
  • Send follow-up communications you have consented to, including the 90-day check-in
  • Send business insights and updates, if you have opted in
  • Conduct anonymized, aggregated research to improve our understanding of Canadian business health and value drivers, only with your explicit permission and with no personally identifying information included
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations


We do not use your information for any purpose not described in this Policy without your prior consent.


3. How We Store and Protect Your Information


Your Snapshot responses are transmitted using HTTPS encryption and stored in a password-protected cloud environment accessible only to authorized personnel of Mind Link Consulting Inc. We use cloud infrastructure for data storage and processing. While we apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.


4. Sharing of Information


We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:


  • With service providers (physical location may be outside of Canada) who assist us in operating our business, subject to confidentiality obligations
  • Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Mind Link Consulting Inc. or others


5. Retention and Deletion


We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including preparation of your Snapshot, Strategic Review, and Report, and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within the time required by applicable privacy legislation.
