These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Burlington, Ontario.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Purchases, Pricing, and Cancellations

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars  and exclude applicable taxes (such as HST) unless stated otherwise. Total costs will be shown before you confirm your order.
• Payment: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the total amount due.
• Refunds/Cancellations: All sales are final.

8. MindLink™ Business Snapshot

8.1 Nature of the Service. The MindLink™ Business Snapshot (the "Snapshot") is an educational assessment tool designed to help business owners identify patterns, strengths, and priorities in their business. It is provided for informational and reflective purposes only.

8.2 Not Professional Advice. The Snapshot, Strategic Review and Report do not constitute and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, accounting, tax, valuation, investment, insurance, or other professional advice. The value ranges provided are directional and illustrative only and do not constitute a formal business valuation or professional advisory opinion. Actual business value may be materially different. You should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions specific to your business.

8.3 Data Collection. By completing the Snapshot, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your responses as described in our Privacy Policy. Your responses are used to generate your Snapshot results and, if you proceed, to prepare your MindLink™ Strategic Review and Report.

8.4 Research Use. With your permission, anonymized and aggregated Snapshot data may be used for research purposes to improve our understanding of Canadian business health and value drivers. No personally identifying information will be included. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting robbie@mindlinkconsulting.com.

8.5 Intellectual Property. The Snapshot, including its questions, methodology, scoring framework, and all output, is the proprietary intellectual property of Mind Link Consulting Inc. © 2026. Results generated by the Snapshot are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Mind Link Consulting Inc.

8.6 No Guarantee of Results. Individual results vary. The Snapshot reflects your self-reported responses and general published benchmarks. Mind Link Consulting Inc. makes no representation or warranty that completing the Snapshot or any subsequent engagement will produce any particular business outcome.
